Order and Shipping Information:
Products are delivered via Canada Post Regular Letter unless expedited arrangements are made prior to shipping.
Delivery within Canada please allow up to one week. For US or international deliveries please allow 1-4 weeks. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays or evenings will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Exchanges, refunds or returns for merchandise are accepted on a case by case basis. Please inquire by email stating details.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event that merchandise arrives damaged, please contact MedTech Wearables Inc. immediately. Items that are damaged upon receipt will be replaced without charge if the damaged device is reported to MedTech Wearables by email with a picture of the damage and the device returned to MedTech Wearables with dated proof of postage no more than 24 hours of receipt of the device and at the buyers expense. Each returned item must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Device defects that have been identified after initial use will not be accepted for return and should be handled according to the warranty contained within the device operation manual supplied with the device.
